Material Staging in Two Plants

Dear Experts,

We are having a scenario like this.

Procurement plant(raw/packing) - P100     SLoc - 0001

Production plant - P200        SLoc - 0002

Raw/packing materials are transferred to production plant(P200/0002 from procurement plant(P100/0001).

Planned/production orders are placed in production plant(P200).

We need to issue materials(using MF60 pull list) to production plant with reference to the available production orders from procurement plant.

Can we achieve this in material staging? If so, please let me know the procedure.
