Planning Calendar not generating Proposals as defined

Dear Gurus,

We have set up a Planning calendar and lot size procedure for a material, the planning calendar is defined such that MRP will create single procurement proposal (planned order) on Thursday for this total weeks requirements.

We have maintained the Maintain Lot size as ZK (MRP 1 view) and Planning calendar(MRP 2 view) in material master. Now we are not able to see proposals generated as per the requirement on Thursdays in MD04.
