How to create Super BOM And Super Routing

Hai,

   I am trying to do Variant configuration.  My BBP is

    Battery manufacturing Process :

    Variant 1 Colour  : RED , White , Green , Black

    Variant 2 voltage : 6V, 12V 250V

    For 6V, 12V And 250 volt each have its own standard BOM Component X, Y And Z (for every volt xyz component are same only Qty will be different)

    As Per My Point of View

    I created Class ( 200 & 300 ) And Characteristies in CL01 And CT01

    I created MMR with Material Type KMAT  (doubt whether i need to create MMR for every variant )

    And I created Configuration Profile of material in CU41

Please Explain How to Create super BOM And Super Routing For Variant configuration in MTO AndMTS Senario

    Take Example : Customer Select variant Red  And  6V
