Automatic Sequential Line Item Numbering for Row's in a PI Sheet Data Table

Good afternoon,

I am attempting to build a PI Sheet which uses a Repeated Data Request table. A member of our validation team has asked if it were possible to have each row auto populate with a line item number. I could not find any explanation how to do so - so I improvised and created a text box where the individual can manually type the line number they are on

Is it possible to have the first line in the Repeated Data Request table start with "1" and every time a new line is added, that line will automatically be numbered in sequential order?

Or is what I have designed now the closest I will get to this function?
