Dear Expert,
I have a order confirmation problem in collective order. Let me have an example to explain the problem:
Finished product: FERT,
Finished product's routing: OPER1 and OPER2, both operations with control key PP01
Finished product's BOM: HALB1 and HALB2, HALB1 assigned to OPER1 and HALB2 assigned to OPER2, that means HALB1 will be used in operation OPER1 and HALB2 will be used in operation OPER2.
Special procurement type in semifinished product HALB1 and HALB2 set to '52'.
After confirmed suborder of HALB1, I want to confirm OPER1 of FERT, but system issue the error message "Preceding operation XX of sequence XX not yet confirmed".
As normal production order principle, HALB2 is used in OPER2, even HALB2 is not finished yet, it will not impact the confirmation of OPER1, however, the collective order seems have different logic.
This is our real business, OPER1 is the operation of finished product, our business people don't want to move this operation to HALB1, when OPER1 performed, the HALB2 is still under production, so we need confirm OPER1 before suborder of HALB2 confirmation.
Do you have any solution to fulfil this requirement?
Thanks in advance.
Felix
