We are looking to customize MRP type to fulfill below business condition.
Current SAP MRP type setup:
MRP type V1/ VM use planning based on set "reorder point" while if we want to use safety stock then we use PD/ P1.
real Safety stock - 10 EA
Reorder point - 15 EA
Total stock - 20 EA
So if we get requirement of 20 EA then out of total 20 stock 10 should get confirm because 10 EA is real safety stock which we doesn't want to get confirm.
If total stock falls below 15 EA then MRP should trigger replenished order.
