I'm looking for a SAP transaction code which has Production Date as a search criteria. I used QA33 and COOISPI but they don't have the prod date search criteria. Could you guys please help me with this?

I have 2 requirements
1. Client has a requirement of producing finished material only when a sales order is eneterd in the system, and they want to tie sales order to production order because the shop floor people want to know some details about the customer when producing the product
2. Client some times (almost 50% of the time) produce some finished products to forecast (customer specific forecast) and keep them in stock.they do that by creating "dummy sales orders". by creating dummy sales orders, shopfloor knows who the customer is and they can produce the product based on some customer specific information. when the real sales order come, they will just attach the purcahse order to the dummy sales order and now the dummy sales order is the original sales order.
my goal is to stop creating this dummy sales orders (manual effort) and use PIR for producing some customer forecasted products. but my problem is
to satisfy requirement 1 - I need to chose MTO scenario
to satisfy requirement 2 - I need to chose MTS scenario, but if I chose MTS, then i wont get sales order to prod order link.if I chose MTO, then I cant use PIR to produce to stock.what is my best bet?

Please your help I need to make a Good Receipt movement of a production order, which has a co-products, the problem appears because I need that SAP only shows the coproducts in the MIGO, not the list of the co-products and the principal material.

we have MD4C report where we want to download the output of that report
with few fields.
Problem here is that it displays/downloads all the fields of which few
we do not need. So when we checked the layout it displays a default
layout.
Now is it possible that we can create a layout for the fields which we
need. Because we tried but its not giving the output as needed.
Please assist.

Can any one share your experience on connecting DCS (Distributed control system) to sap PP-PI, i need to get the live data from DCS system to sap to plot control charts based on the process parameters. Also would like to know whether can it be connected to sap through RFC like MES or any other means like XI/PI or any other interface.

Is there any link or documents available to know about the standard features available for HTML based PI Sheet.
I know the necessary settings required to create PI Sheet. If I want to design my own PI Sheet with (Tabular columns, Check boxes, Drop down , Buttons for different purpose like GI,GR etc).
I would like to create and customize my own PI Sheets.
Suggestion would be highly appreciated.

While testing the batch management scenarios, I have been told that the SLED is valid only for "In-House Produced Parts (Total Shelf Life & Remaining Shelf Life details in the material master)". Will the SLED not applicable for "Externally procured parts" ?

Wrong Status in Production order and Wrong Planned Order creation

Hello Everyone,
I am new to SAP PP area. In our system for other plants and storage locations when production order is getting released the TR gets created and when they go to LM01 transaction they are able to pick the order without any issues.
I have created 2 new supply areas for returns and repairs. I have also created conrol cycles. Now when the company creates production orders for returns or repair plant and release them, system is not generating TR.
Am I missing any configuration steps ?

Do we have a long text in MFBF.? I see Doc.Header text only.(limited to few characters).
Need to enter some production information in MFBF.
IN SPRO as per screen shot we can block material for particular activity like say Production ,purchase etc,where as other activities of same keep on going normally.I have attached screen shot of MRP also.We blocked material for Production and now system not allows to post production via CO01 with 101 movement.I am stuck up for same in REM as there is no Production order and Process order is there with 131 Movement.Can you suggest how can i achieve key for Production in REM.

I have found the field "SLED_BBD" in MARA table. In this field we have below values.
B- Expiration date
E- Shelf life expiration date.
Currently in my system for one material the value "B" has been set. What does it mean? Till now I understand that "expiration Date" & 'Shelf life expiration date" both are same. How this table field is getting updated in SAP while creating the material master?

Can we seek your inputs on how we can be able to manage in SAP dual decision for a routing for a production Order? below is our scenarios.
We have a SAP Prod Ord, that was sent to Non SAP system (from this non SAP system the decision for the Prod Ord will be done).
We have for example 5 operation in Routing in Prod Ord.
Route Op 1
Route Op 2
Route Op 3
Route Op 4
Route Op 5
In the Non SAP system, we have two ways to produce the Prod Ord. This has two way to decide route operation for our production order.
1st. We need to skip Route 3, then just only have route 1, 2, 4 and 5 for the prod ord.
2nd. We need to skip Route 2, then just only have route 1, 3, 4 and 5 for the prod ord.
So now, our problem how can we manage in SAP this way we do in the non sap system? any customization or workaround we can do to manage the routing decision in SAP for this scenario? thanks.
