Error determining planning periods for calendar xxx

Hello fellow SAP-enthusiasts!

 

My customer is running MRP through a batchjob and program RMMRP000 is executed correctly, but the job log contains error message:

 

"Error determining planning periods for calendar xxx".

 

I've investigated the issue and read various related topics around it. The first note which I run into was 549193

 

 

It contains a presumption that the system is using "periodic lot size", which my customer is not so I moved on to note 368079 as instructed.

 

This note instructs me to 1. set the planning calendar date far enough into the future (beyond the planning horizon date). 2. Reduce the planning horizon (date?).

 

 

My planning calendar is valid from 02.01.2015 to 30.03.2017 while the planning horizon value for this specific plant has not been specified.

 

Any ideas what is causing the message on the batch job job log?

 

Are there material requirements beyond the planning calendar date of 30.03.2017 or am I missing something else?

 

I've also checked table VBBE's furthest material availability date - 31.10.2016 and EBAN's furthest deliverdate 27.11.2015.

Planned Oder cannot be generated from MD02.

I have    sales order which is has two items for one same material.But after  running MD02 ,one  item  requirement can turn to planned order but the other cannot. Hope  some suggestion.

Item  1010055649 /700 has been turned to planned order which has  been converted to production order .

But Item  1010055649 /920 cannot be.However these two items refer to the same material.

Batch Determination

Hi,

in one of my BOM, the quantity is 31.770g. While creating the process order in COR1, material quantiyu is displayed as 31.770g. while batch determination, the quantity change to 0.032kg.

In master

base unit is Kg

WM unit is G

Unit of issue is G.

 

please suggest to resolve the issue.

 

Note: we cannot change the base unit at this moment as we have stock.

Planned order start date problem

Hi,

I have a issue with planned order start date in scheduling. I am working on make to order scenario. sales orders are placed three days advance means suppose if delivery is required on 18.01.2015, then sales people create the sales order with requested delivery date as 18.01.2015 as shown below

 

Now production people start manufacturing on the same day of the delivery required and complete production on the same day and delivery will happen immediately on the same day. so they require planned order start date as delivery date of sales order. but when i run MRP system giving the planned order date as 17.12.2015 instead of 18.12.2015. I checked following settings.

1.Scheduling margin key is maintained as 000 all zero days.

2.In-house production time in material masters also maintained as 0 also.

3.MRP is executed with scheduling type 1

Table for Planner Group in Routing

Dear Sirs,

 

We are having MTO scenario wherein we are making routing for each Sales Order and Sales Order Item combination separately in T Code CA01.

 

We are able to draw required reports using a query made out of MAPL table. Can you please advise which table we can get the details of planner group.

Revoking cancellation of PI sheet

Is it possible to revoke the cancelled PI sheet? Goods movement already happened for the order through pi sheet. Order has status CRFI.

Capacity Overload

Hello,

 

CM07 is used to show SAP graphs to indicate how loaded the resources are for the Order Fulfillment, however the graphs produced from SAP do not match the capacity in CM25 and CRC3 screen.

 

For example Resource "XXXXX" has capacity available in CM25, but CM07 is saying this line is 110% loaded, could someone suggest me what is the cause? and how do i face this issue?

 

also the while creating order without material though i have available capacity for that week but for few orders its referring different capacity what could be the reason.

Missing long text for operations while loading routings

Dear Gurus,

 

Please help me solving the below issue.

 

I'm loading routings via LSMW using standard program RCPTRA01.

Currently I'm facing an issue while loading long texts for operations (structure BIPTX), because these are not created in the batch input session, even if they seem to be converted. Running the session in foreground is possible to see the batch input calling the box for long-texts, this is containing only the operation description (BIPPO-LTXA1), but no further data is filled in before closing the box.

 

On the LSMW side, after the data conversion the outcome that I can read in "Display Converted Data" is the following:

The PLNNR is missing since I'm using internal numbering for task list group.

The set/get option is turned off as specified.

 

 

Can you please help me guess why it's not working?

Blocked Planned Orders creation in MRP run

Hi all,

 

Hope you are fine.

 

I need your help on this case.

 

Scenario:

 

Plant 1 received forecast as “Independent Requirement” from another soft (FuturMaster).

 

This IR contains needs from Plant 2 and Plant 3.

 

When MRP run on Plant 2 and Plant 3, he creates Planned Order which is taking into account by MRP on Plant 1.

 

So, MRP in Plant 1 run on Planned Order from Plant 2 and Plant 3 AND Independent Requirement from FM (then Plant 2 and Plant 3).

 

Planners at Plan 2 and Plant 3 need to see in their MRP Planned Order to Plant 1.

 

But, in order to prevent duplicate in Plant 1, we need to block the planned orders from Plant 2 and Plant 3 at Plant 1 level.

 

I do not know how to do it in a standard way.

 

Could you help me please?

MD_PURREQ_CHANGE seems only workable for foreground using MD01,MD02,MD03

Need some suggestions processing time in order

HI,

I am getting confusion. I have one requirement. What i need is

Each production order is having operation in routing. I need to get machine wise. Processing time.


Now i have list of Afvv processing time.  How can i go to


AFVV to PLPO  to caufv.


1)For getting processing time AFVV.  I can get the processing time.Now, this processing time is belongs to which operation i would like to know.

   How could i link to plpo.


  I checked in sqvi i enter the these two table names but there is no link. AUFPL~AUFPL it is having.

  But plpo does not have AUFPL. It is having only plnnr group no of routing.Routing no is not unique  N  No of orders is also having same PLNNR No

  How could i get it.

  I need to get like below format fields.



machine name (from plpo=>object id)

material code (caufv)

processign time(afvv)


How could i get the link from AFVV to PLPO Any information please update me.

Plannning Issue Internal error program routine PPEEXPLCU_EVALUATE (1 )

Dear all,

I have issue with planning for assembly parts.

When looked at assembly ,MRP terminated with below

"Planning issue internal error Program Routing PPEEXPLCU_EVALUATE"

 

Details.

Part A is planned in plant 1 and produced in plant 2

Part A has planned order generated with respect to sales order,however didn't generate any requirement in production plant

terminated with error "Planning issue internal error XXXX " as above .

 

Found OSS note 1790958 referring this issue

 

Note : Planned order and associated components are captured via IPPE BOM in production plant

 

Any inputs appreciated

Report of collective MRP list

Dear Sir,

 

Is there any T code to result a report to collectively access the procurement elements (Planned orders, Purchase Requisitions) of all the materials for which MRP run has taken place, in a single list?

My client's need is as follows. After MRP run we required cumulative item wise report of MRP output, (item, opening balance, plan, requirement, scheduling, order etc.) so that purchase person can check it out.

I have tried with T code MD07. But it doesn't provide detailed report.

Please provide the T code if there is any.

Bom Selection in process order

Hi

 

Iam using bom selection method 3 ( always with  production version )  for regularly used process  order type.

 

For other type like rework.  I dont want to use  any BOM.

 

I dont want to change regular process order type setup.

 

Please could you guide me how to achieve ?

Production order quantity is excess than the sales order

I have created a sales order A with line item 10 having a quantity of 8 units.I had run MRP though MD50.After running MRP ,planned order is created into production order with Quantity of 8 units.For that production order it was made TECO and settlement is also done .For the sales order A and line item the over all status is coming as completed and Delivery status is coming as Fully delivered.But my issue is ,when i am running again mrp for that sales oder and for that line item again requirement is being generated ,which is production quantity(16 units) is greater than sales order qty(8 Units).
