Kanban replinishment by Production order

Hi Friends,

I am working on KANBAN process, where the Source will production line when demand comes for higher assembly.

below are my queries,

1. How the Production order will be created (planned order created by MRP) at source upon demand.

2. Is process of Production order (create, release and confirmation /GR) same for KANBAN triggered production order also.

3. Please let me know what are settings mainly for KANBAN like MRP type
