How can we always round up component quantity in production order confirmation if quantity is less than 0.5

Hi Experts,

Can you please explain--->How can we always round up component quantity in production order confirmation if quantity is less than 0.5. Currently, when Good Issues occur as part of Order Confirmation backflush, components with discrete UOMs (EA, TB, BT, etc) round-up if fraction is >=0.500 and round-down if fraction is <0.500. Desired rounding behavior  is to always round-up to nearest whole number if there are any fractional values.
