We have a requirement where we should not consider Quantity less than 1 or in other words quantities in Fraction.
(Example:
We have two batches for the Material. First Batch with Quantity 0.7M and Second Batch with Quantity 0.3M.
When we place an order for 1M, as we have two batches Equal to 1M, MRP Does not create a new Production order which is a Standard Scenario.
In our case we want to Issue a Quantity of 1M as a whole Material to the Customer. The Customer Does not want it as two Pieces of 0.3M and 0.7M).
Do we have any standard Customization on this requirement to exclude the Stocks Less than 1M for MRP Calculation. We identified a work around where we could Move the Stocks less than 1M to a New Storage location and then Exclude the Storage location from MRP.
But We would like to have your expert views for other suitable solutions on this subject.
