Purchase Requisition in place of Planned Order
Hi
I have an issue with an MRP Run.
I have two Materials (say:X,Y).
Both the materials are same and not even a single field is having the difference.
MRP Type: V1
When i run MRP in MD01/MDBT the behaviour of the two materials are different.
X - Planned Order (correct)
Y - Purchase Requestion (Wrong).
My Processing keys are.
Please suggest why the difference is coming?
What are different areas we have to cross check.

MRP Planning Extra Materials With User Exit
Hello Experts,
I am working on reorder point planning in which consumables materials with MRP type VB and MRP controller say 'MNT' which is maintained for all 3 Plants say 1100,1200,1300. In Plants 1100 and 1200 MRP is giving appropriate Results but in plant 1300 in which Planning of materials with MRP controller say 'STP' is also getting considered in MRP run. we are using MD01 to run MRP

SOP Actual Sales - Actual Sales Last Year
Dear Gurus,
in mcb8 i have choose the above characteristics, and same is coming blank as an output in the planning table.
when i have posted the sales in sap lets say in month dec, 2015 and when open the version under December, 2015 actual sales is coming blank.
how i should call the value here please advise.
what customization need to be configure for this.

Planning Type - Planing Start
Dear Gurus,
for the planning start option for the planning type i have the following scenario, where looking for hte gurus feedback.
1. i am sitting in dec, 2015 and wants to enter the plan in sop from july-2015 to june-2016. (how, if in mc8b i enter the planning start from july, 2015 system give me the required grid, but what happen when i will go in the time period lets say in june 2016 where i wants to enter the plan from july-2017 to june 2018.
please advise me at your earlist, its not i think possible to change the mc8b every time for the required result.
Looking for the gurus feedback.

SOP Mass Change
Dear Gurus,
Is there any option for the mass change against a value in key figure in a specific version.
lets say i have a version 001, where i have 10 sales organization and ten materials, plan is set against all the ten relationship.
where a key figure rate is coming in all the areas, now rate is revised from $10 to $12.
is there any possibility to change the key figure "rate" in all the combination of a specific version.
please reply.

MC-94 Internal session terminated with a runtime error COMPUTE_BCD_OVERFLOW
Dear Gurus,
I have maintain a plan for a (sales organization and material) are characteristics for a 12 month period, with the planning type Z001 and in version 001.
now i have to incorporate the plan of a new sales organization and the same material, i go to mc94 and enter the parameter and enter the values for a month only in a column.
while saving the planning table and press back button, system give the subjected message in the pop up window.
"MC-94 Internal session terminated with a runtime error COMPUTE_BCD_OVERFLOW"
i cant understand the problem, yes when i reduce any big value to small amount system save it with out any run time error, like initially for this planning value is coming lets say $1000,0000 and a rate in ket figure is $206, when i chag ethe dollor rate to $100 and save it system save the table with out any error.

Based on work center exclude activity cost / include activity cost during costing run
Dear All,
1.0) There are two activity type, Activity type A & Activity type B.
2.0) Created stranded value key.
3.0) create new formula for costing which not activate the check box for cost.Please find the attached screen shot.
4.0) My Requirement:-
4.1) Activity A is relevant only production & business did not capture the cost during costing run & in production order for work center XYZ.
4.2) Activity A (Same activity) relevant to production & business want captured the cost during costing run & also cost captured in production order with work center ABC.
4.3) For above point 4.1 i have created costing formula which is not activated the tick for cost & same formula i have assigned in work center - XYZ in costing tab.
But when i have run the costing system calculate the cost for activity A during costing run.
How can i exclude the activity cost (Activity A) during costing run for one work center & same activity (Activity A) also consider the cost for another work center.

Material has MRP type ND but still sales order does ATP eventhough there is no stock
Material has MRP type ND (no planning)assigned and there is no stock in system but if we create sales order then system still confirm sales order qty. Do you know what could be the reason?

Lot size "EX"-Lot for lot order quantity
Hi..
I face that when setting lot size in material master is "EX". Normally, SAP should generate plan order follow the quantity of each requirement. But I faced that if some requirements fall in to the same date. Why does system generate only 1 plan order which summarize all requirements quantity of that date?
Could you please suggest ?

Process Order Error

ask : Assembly scrap and expected yield variance
Is there anybody can help me regarding assembly scrap and
expected yield variance?
I have an issue with total quantity of production order, for example I create production order for part A with assembly scrap 2%:
[CO02]
Total Qty : 60
Scrap portion : 1
Expected yield variance : still 0 due to nothing conformed yet.
The when we release and print the production order quantity is 60.
And after some operation conform with yield 60, the production order become:
Total Qty : 60
Scrap portion : 1
Expected yield variance : 1
When we reprint this order the quantity become 61.
What should we do to make the quantity same from fresh print and reprint after confirmation?

MRP Based on MRP Group
Hi Experts
With the help of SCN i found how to run MRP with MRP group. We have two MRP group 0001 for BOM Material and 0002 for Non BOM material. There is two variant one is for daily MRP run and second is for weekly MRP run. User exit Z01 is defined for daily MRP and Z02 is defined for weekly MRP run.But i found that in both planning variant user exit is not maintaind. And in CMOD is also no user exit and FM is functional.But both MRP is running as per variant scheudle. Now i want to know what is the relation between MRP group and planing variant how both MRP are running as per schedule.

CM01 capacity requirement only calculating for 1 planned order not others.
Hi Experts,
I am facing issue in CM01 related to calculation of requirement hours against the planned orders. I enter PIR in weekly format for one month & run mrp with lead time scheduling, it generated four planned orders as per the week. But after this when checking the capacity requirement in CM01 it only displays the requirement hours of the first week planned order or 1st planned orders. I want the requirement to be shown for all the four planned orders in CM01. Can you please help on this issue.
I have maintain the required setting in OPU5 for selection id as 04.Please find the attached images for MD04 & CM01 screenshot.

Overpick on TO causing problems on PI Sheet
Our system is set up with WM/PP interface with TR for material staging to PSA created at process order release. Batch determination happens at conversion to TO. All of our materials are set up as pick parts. Upon confirmation, batches and quantities fulfilled by WM are updated in the process order. These are also updated in the PI sheet so our operators only have to review and confirm instead of entering any quantities or batches when performing GI 261 of components in COR6N.
The problem occurs when WM confirm a greater quantity than what is required. This updates the qty in the process order and the confirmation/GI driven by the PI sheet. Our GI numbers need to be static (original requirement qty, not what was confirmed on the TO) as they are a food recipe. Is there any way to only update the process order to the required amount. I.E. have it ignore the fact that WM "overdelivered" against the requirement?

no planned order created
Dear Team
I have upload some new items that have PIR in plant 1 and will be produced in plant 2 , I maintain the special procurment key as other old material have the same case, now when running the MRP only new materials does not have planned orders on plant 2 .
I checked the all material master data nothing missing .Can you suggest what may be the problem ??

I have a requirement from Pharma client to implement PI sheets,I am working from last few days on it and trying to build up concept of this functionality provided by SAP.
I have already referred many documents on this topic shared by experts on this forum.

With the help of these documents somehow i managed to understand about this topic.
But still i found that there are missing linkages in configuration ,the output i am getting is not as i have seen in all documents.
One more doubt is there, Are PI sheets linked to X-steps?? and if yes, how to integrate this with PI sheets??
Please through some light on this topic or share some other documents where this functionality has been used.

while performing MIGO print is not comming at the required output printer
Hi,
Requirement the Though the default printer is set as LOCL(Say default printer as X), Print has to happen automatically at the required specific output device (say Y) when ever user does the goods receipt against the purchase order in the MIGO transaction.
For this to happen we have maintained the user details, output device in the table T496D .But the print is getting at the X printer not at the Y printer.
Could you please help on this issue.
