SAP MRP planning Planned Order Release Elements in Re Order Point

Hello,

I am changing from PD MRP type to Re order point with external requirements. When I have a Planned order in a different plant for which I see Planned Order Release in the current plant where I run Re-Order Point planning, how can I consider Planned Order Release into planning? It consideres Purchase Req release, Con Rel but not planned order release ?

Any advise?
